Exchanges and Returns
If for any reason you are not happy with your My General Store purchase please contact us immediately by CLICKING HERE. Please notify us by email within 7 days of receiving your purchase.
If the product is faulty we will gladly replace. Please notify us within 7 days by email.
If you change your mind, exchanging goods is at the discretion of My General Store. You will require proof of purchase to return or exchange the product. If the product has been damaged in transit, please let us know immediately and we will contact the courier company directly to sort out any claims.
